Planned Senior Preferred bond issue

Volksbank Wien AG intends to issue up to EUR 500 mn of Senior Preferred notes subject to market conditions in the first half of 2023. This issuance will further diversify Volksbank Wien’s funding structure following the successful placement of EUR 500 mn of Senior Non-Preferred notes in 2021, as well as contributing to Volksbank Wien’s MREL targets.
